I'll spare you the fotos of us actually eating them. :-) But here's one photo of the 2nd batch:
Flavor is surprisingly good! They're a bit sweeter than say, your standard Aunt Jamima mix. Watch your griddle temp - can says to go 400 but I'd stay near 375 and don't turn your back on 'em. Two thumbs up!

When I read "phone and flip" I thought of Flip as in video camera and thought why is he using a Flip and a phone? But flip is what you do to a pancake to get the other side done... duh.
